SIMM ENGINEERING GROUP was founded in 1941 and we trade in both new and used compressed air equipment, including screw, oil free, energy efficient, piston, rotary vane and silent for all applications where compressed air is required.

The Compressed Air Division have been supplying and servicing all types of compressors for over 65 years, and carry extensive stocks of both new and used compressors, dryers and air receivers. The Service Department have teams of experienced engineers on a 24 hour call-out basis, for service emergencies for contract customers, and are equipped to complete repairs, modifications, installations and pipework systems.

We can conduct an Air Utility Survey to determine areas where energy efficient improvements can be made to Customers sites. In keeping with our forward-looking approach in offering Customers comprehensive comprehensive compressed air support, we carry out Sonic Leak Detection and Datalogger Surveys to establish detailed patterns of usage to reduce wasted energy costs.

The Mining & Engineering Division became involved in the design and supply of a range of equipment for the Mining Industry specialising in underground maintenance equipment and in particular Hydraulic Cutting and Haulage Assemblies. Many of the Simm products are now being used and distributed throughout the UK and the World, including Australia, Germany, South Africa, Slovenia, USA, China, Poland and Canada.
